The only PERFECT rhyme for "lemon" is the country name, Yemen. Note that a perfect rhyme requires that ALL the sounds from the vowel of the accented syllable to the end of the word match EXACTLY.
But there are a number of "near rhymes" that might work in a particular situation (e.g., in a poem). For the best possibilities, I recommend words in which the vowels match ("full assonance"), the final consonant matches ("final consonance") --OR uses the /m/ sound, which is very close to /n/-- and the remaining consonant is as close as possible to the /m/.
The closest matches would be the personal names --
Lenin, Lennon
(Again, that middle 'n' is the closest to the /m/ sound.)
Actually, I don't generally recommend going with personal names. Though you can almost find one that is a close rhyme, the chances of their fitting what you want to say in your poem are rather small.
Matching, but with a final -m instead of -n:
venom, denim, plenum
Next closest sounds to the 'n' -- d, v (all use the voice -- as 'm' does-- and are spoken very close to the same spot in the mouth as m)
deaden, leaden, redden, (Armageddon)
(To these you could add words ending with the colloquial "-in'" in place of "ing". Thus: beddin', headin', weddin')
heaven, leaven, seven, (Kevin)
(with -in' add: revvin')
