Kobe Bryant and Kirk Hinrich would be my starting defensive backcourt, with Ben Wallace at center and Tayshaun Prince and Kevin Garnett at the forward spots.

The Best on the Ball defender in the NBA over the years has been and still is Bruce Bowen but Josh Howard is doing pretty well this year.

Bruce Bowen. because he did a great job on guarding Chauncey Billups during the last minute of that great 7-game 2005 NBA Finals against Detriot which the Spurs won.
