Losing track of my surroundings from time to time. When this happens, I sometimes start biting my nails. This has been happening all my life. If I succeed for any length of time to let them grow, they begin to bother me. Usually it will recur when my attention is captured by something like a tv movie. Or it could simply be a reminder that I am not as conscious as I think I am.

My inability to let things go. I let things get to me, and make me angry, and I find it difficult to just let it go. It's a very hard lesson to learn, and I'm not doing very well.
