Two things: SpyBot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware SE Personal. Both are free from download.com. A trojan is not a virus and cannot be removed by your AV software.

After installation, immunize your computer in SpyBot before running a full bot check. Then run a full system scan in Ad-Aware. Together, they will find and help you remove trojans, malware, etc. Keep them both updated and run them weekly. Remove everything they find.

If this is a recent trojan - try Mcafee Stinger

...if you have a good techy friend - tell them to make you a BartPE loaded with antivirus, spyware removal etc...then use the BartPE to "destroy" the trojan, if possible
