As others have said, walk around the house in them. Also, I've heard that you can beat them against the floor, hit them with a hammer, or slam the box in the door. I've never tried any of these because I've found that just walking around in them have softened them up just fine and allowed it to conform that much better to my foot.

put the tip of them in the crack of the door then shut the door, bang them against a hard floor, bend the shanks with your hands, roll all the way through your feet into releve a whole bunch of times, just bend them and hit them alot and they will get softe.r

First did you buy them for a narrow foot or a wide one? that makes all the differences right there. If they are for a wide foot then you just have to wear them a little at a time if for a narrow foot the same thing. But the main question is is your foot wide or narrow?

Well,my best friend is having some trouble with that, and I told her: "Use them as much as possible! Walk around your house, stretch in them, clean your room in them, try to do everything in them." And it worked! (But it was a bit painful for her,but she lived! I think you should use pads in them to make it less painful.)

the more you wear them the softer they will get....put them on for a while then once your feet are warmer rise up and down a bunch of times then when you take them off squish them in your hands and bend them

Ask your pointe teacher she would know best or what mine told me to do was put them on and sit in front of the tv to warm them up then do a bunch of releve's(throughly) first-demi-pointe-demi-first...slowly

Bend them, wear them as much as you can, throw them against the wall, bang them on the ground...

That's what I did and it worked.

Do like we do with our pointy boots in Texas and Arizona, squish cockroaches in the corners.
