Which NHL Comissionar do you think is worse? Gary Bettman or Clarence Campbell?

Bettman was a NBA flunky that was sent over to destroy the NHL. At one point way back in the early 90's the NHL was thriving. There were superstars and all was good in the world. there was even a major T.V. contract. The NBA however, was on the outside looking in, and Davis stern had a brainstorm. Send the guy who washes my dog and picks up my dry-cleaning to run our competition into the ground. The results:
1) No Goal......Buffalo loses to Dallas in the Cup finals on a controversial call.
2) Expansion teams...... All it takes is an ugly uniform and a dump truck full of money and you too can own a team.
3) What ever happened to Winnepeg??? They now play in Phoenix(Ugly uni, uglier team)
4) Gambling Scandals....See Phoenix Coyotes
5) Change the equipment...... when the product is no good, don't blame management. Blame you tools. like they say " A good craftsman never blames his tools"

I could keep going...but why waste time. As long as we still have a league front office who will ignore players taking head shots on other players, we'll always have Gary to blame.

Actually, Clarence Campbell was never a commissioner, he was the league president. Gary Bettman is the first commissioner that the league has ever had. That being said, he is not only the worst commissioner in league history, but the worst leader of any sports league ever in existence. I think there may be something to the conspiracy theory that David Stern (NBA) sent him to the NHL to just destroy it so it wouldn't be a threat to basketball.
