It's all about timing. Clinton inherited the legacy of 10 years+ of cheap oil caused by the first Gulf War getting control of the Middle East and oil markets. He had the job at a great time so appeared great. The people who really control America (not the spokesmen presidents) got too greedy and have since blown it for anyone taking the job by creating too many insuperable problems in a world where new superpowers are emerging.

In addition to being the first elected President to ever be impeached, Bill Clinton the first and only President ever to be found guilty of a criminal violation while in office. He apparently didn't think the Privacy Act applied to him.

I hope not because I consider President Bill Clinton as the Worst President in the History of the United States of America because HE FAILED to keep America protected from Harm and Evil and he was also a man who did not always keep his word.

Yes, I think John Edwards would be a good president. I liked him last time better than Kerry. I also like Obama, but I don't think he has enough experience. I would really like to see Edwards for president with Obama as his running mate. I think they would make a good team. John Edwards has the same charisma and enthusiasm as Bill Clinton did. Clinton was a good president and we were alot better off with him in the white house than we have been with Bush.

He was the worst president that we ever had. When the WTC was bombed when he was President he didnt do anything. He NEVER made a hard decision the whole time he was in office and he didnt have a backbone at all. Think of what happened in Somalia (Blachhawk Down) and yes it was him that screwed that up

Clinton really wasn't that great.
He brought us to the brink of a recession (not a bad one, but a recession, nonetheless).
He allowed terrorists to murder Americans abroad for 8 years without response.
He bombed the Chinese Embassy (for crying in a bucket!)
He embarrassed America with his taudry personal life.
He failed to balance the budget in the long term.
He allowed terror cells to operate inside America while his intelligence agencies had their hands tied.
He was slow to update military technologies. There were improvements, but he was lazy. He could have done more.
He watched Saddam reconstitute his WMD programs and rob the Oil for Food Program blind and did nothing about it.
All things considered, he was pretty weak.

In my opinion, Clinton wasn't such a great president, but the thing is, chances are that one of the next 5 billion years before the sun blows up, there will be another great president. Definetely not like Bush, though, oh boy, what a poop.

what fantasy world do you live in? neither Clinton nor Bush have been good presidents. We need another Ronald Reagan, he was the best.
