i have a bank account in which i receive my ema every two weeks. could this be use?!

yes you do mate.
It's one of there safty measure things.
They need to check the details you given match up with bank referenced card details to make sure your not about to con anyone. That way they have your address etc as protection against rip offs.

Why would you need a credit card to sell something. You will need to verify you are who you say you are; and that is the easiest way. You may also need one to open a paypal account unless you want to take a check from a stranger and possibly never get payed.

Well you have to be 18 but aslong as you have a bank account with a debit card then you're set to go :)
P.S this is mainly to verify who you are + where you live + to pay your eBay fees :)
But i'd definitely read the small print !

Not a credit card but your bank account which is connected to a paypal account that you create thats what keeps you safe

I do believe that you have to give credit card details to be able to register with ebay - you need to register to be able to buy and sell

If you have a checking account, you can use your ATM/debit card and/or your checking account. I've been doing that for years.

I use paypal and u only have to enter ur credit card number once and it's completely safe
