I think for the most part is has been women that are a little more sensitive although it depends on the person. There are plenty of very kind men out there as well. I think times have changed. I think men have become kinder and some women have become harsher. So now it's probably pretty even.

A very subjective question and could vary from person to person. Generally speaking women are tender at heart and tend to think more from the heart.
I still rule this as a Subjective kind...so nor rule of thumbs for this

This is a trick question.Majority of men have no control over their heart and majority of women do not have it at all these days.May be eunuch are better.

If we go by hindi TV serials at least 90% women are wicked.In reality the fair sex is just its opposite if you behave like a good man.

i think men because women are sneeky and tricky and not trustworthy. Men are straight up and to the point....
