My partner sais propping yourself up against the headboard with a few pillows did the trick. Have a goodnight sleep!!!

Good Luck. I'm 34 weeks and still trying to get comfy.
But, there are ways to ease the frustration. There are body pillows that you can get that are full body length that wrap around so that they go under your head, over your shoulder, under your belly, and in between your legs.
Imagine it as a down comforter that is long and skinny. They are very comfortable and do ease some of the problems of sleeping on your side.
Just keep in mind that nothing is 100% effective for everyone, especially since your baby is going to continue growing and is going to continue moving a lot.

Pillows, pillows, and more pillows! Try putting one behind your back and another between your knees - it may help you get more support. Lots of massage places do pregnancy massage - maybe check it to that and treat yourself if you can. I spent a few nights sleeping in a recliner - that was the only place I felt comfortable some nights. If you have a supportive partner, I would ask for nightly back rubs :) Good luck - and congratulations!

Every time I've been pg, I've found comfort in making either a pillow nest laying on my side w/ pillows behind my back, in front of my belly and between my legs w/ top leg bent up towards my belly as best I could or getting a body pillow and snuggling. Also what I found helped the achiness was: every time I got up to pee, when I got back in bed I'd sleep on the opposite side I was on before. It helped take the strain off of one side and share the load so to speak. Also soaking in a tub before bed helped loosen the tension from carrying all that baby around. HTH God bless!

I had an extremely hard time getting comfy as well. I used a body pillow to bear hug and I had a pillow under my head and a pillow for my back. I roll in my sleep so I tried to arrange the pillows so it would keep me from rolling on to my belly (one of my fav sleep positions). I had my knees curled toward my belly and a pillow under my feet. Try to tuck part of the body pillow between your legs. Sadly the best sleep I got was when I was alone.

I was advised to sleep on my left hand side, it helps with circulation and eases heartburn (if its a problem), i was really bothered with back pain and found sleeping with a pillow between my legs kept my hips in line and made life a bit more comfortable, try and keep you spine in alignment as much as possible, hope it all goes well

It's a question of you relax. Any position you'll try will be good for you, until you be relaxed.
Listen a nice music before you go to bed, do not eat too much. Think in good moments you had before...sooner or later you are sleeping, do not matter the position, just do not try belly down of course, good luck!

You can lie on your side, but put a pillow (folded if necessary) between your knees. It sounds odd but it takes the pressure off your back and hence you get a good nights sleep. It worked for me through 4 pregnancies and I hope it works for you too. Good luck sleep tight and many many congratulations!! xx

I used to only be able to get comfortable in the recovery position with a big pillow either between my knees or under the knee that was bent.

Lie on your side, put a pillow alongside your body and rest your top leg on it, pulled up slightly. This is really comfortable. I used a bolster rather than a pillow - long sausage shaped pillow.
