How do I realign the shoulder joints in my DX Tokusou Gattai DekaWing Robo?

Question

The right shoulder joint of my DX DekaWing Robo from "Tokusou Sentai DekaRanger" (2004) (aka Supreme/SWAT Megazord from "Power Rangers S.P.D.", 2005) is slightly off from the left one. it's not drooping from gravity- the joints are simply not aligned correctly. How can I fix this without a major referbishment or sending it back to Bandai for a replacement?
