As in, two people can not share the same bare footprints?

yes footprints are unique no one can have the same print even in identical twins they may be very similar but there are slight differences

Yes, the creases on your feet are as unique as your fingerprints. However, fingerprints may not be absolutely unique; it is very possible that someone shares your same fingerprints. It is unlikely that they live near you, (or that they are living at all!) so therefore fingerprints can be used as identification. As could your foot prints!

Unless you are wearing shoes.

Yes. Thay are just like fingerprints. This is why babies are footprinted at birth.
