If they have not confiscated your passport, and you do not have an order from the court stating that you are not allowed to leave the local jurisdiction or the country...yes, you can go.
If you're out on bail pending your case's conclusion, going would almost certainly violate the terms of your bail. Check with your lawyer, he's sure to know what your restrictions are.

I take it since you have felony charges that you are out on bond? Or is it that you were never actually arrested? Since you have a lawyer, you need to be asking him/her this question. I would be very careful. If you are out on bond, then you should not leave the country. If they think that you are trying to "escape" or leave the country in order to avoid a trial, they can put you in jail until your court date. If I were you, unless it was a dire emergency, then I would not leave the country. Since it seems like it's just a "family" trip abroad, I would stay in the states.

I don't think you can.
But if you try, make sure you take an extra $1000 so that when you are going through customs upon arrival, and they run your name, and find out you weren't supposed to leave, you'll have enough money to go get another plane ticket home at whatever the going price is.
Also plan on sleeping in the airport for a few days until your plane leaves.

Ask your lawyer to petition the court. If they know about it and you are not a flight risk, you might be able to.

If you are on formal probation you can't leave the country, but you can ask your lawyer to ask the judge to allow it...
If you aren't on probation or parole, you can go wherever!
