The Flash is a super hero; the current Flash is Wally West. The verb ‘to flash’ usually means to expose oneself, and it is not a nice thing to do to anybody but your spouse. To learn more about The Flash, go to hyperborea.org, which has a link to Those Who Ride the Lightning. It will tell you everything there is about the super hero.

The Flash was a superhero who wore red spandex, with yellow lightning bolts. He was apart of the justice league and always had snappy comebacks.
To flash someone though is really gross.
