Yes, as the only positions Bill cannot have are President or Vice-President, due to the Twenty-Second Amendment. Former presidents have served in the House (JQ Adams), the Senate (A. Johnson), and as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (Taft).

I don't think former Presidents are allowed to have an official position in the White House ever again. I'm sure he'd be running the country and using Hillary Clinton as his mouthpiece though, since she hasn't a hint of leadership abilities.

i think the first lady or man in Bill's case is basically automatically a presidential advisor. i know i ask my wife her opinion on things, i am sure i still would if i was president.

No, she would have went for a unmarried payer selection and forced the coverage agencies to compete with a authorities software. both they might provide a higher deal or bypass out of company.
