baby oil and a cotton ball then wash with warm soapy water. also I've used duck tape, like how you would use gum to get it off your face if you blew a bubble too big. and that's worked too, but very time consuming.

use rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover on a paper towel or cotton ball. you could also buy adhesive tape remover but the otheres are just as effective

Either use alcohol - any form, or bug and tar remover stuff for automobiles which is found in any auto supply area.
