Is it possible, to not be ovulating at all but have consistant 25-26 day cycles? I was told my progesterone level was low, but she took the test late in my cycle thinking it was 28 days, but my periods are always regular, how so if im not ovulating at all?

Ovulation has absolutely nothing to do with menstruation, the are controlled by different things. It is possible to be regular and not ovulating. Use some kind of ovulation prediction kit for two months. The urine kind are the most expensive over time, but probably the easiest to use. The saliva ones are cheaper and many people have good results. Saliva ones use a magnifier to view saliva which looks different during ovulation for some reason, crazy human body.

It's unlikely, but possible. Hormones released during the process of ovulation trigger the signal that menstruation is coming, as well-the drop in progesterone, etc.

Testing at the wrong part of your cycle if your cycle is shorter than 28 days can give misleading results. Try charting your cycles for a few months, using basal body temperature, and cervical signs (position, texture and mucous) and see what your chart says. That may help pinpoint ovulation, and luteal phase length, which could help you figure out when to test and whether there's an issue.

As I am going through this right now, let me answer your question. It's VERY common to have a period (regular as can be) and NOT be ovulating. There is no way to detect this without having a progestrone BLOOD test about 7 days after the percieved ovulation. I use a fertility monitor and it shows me as having a peak or Surge of LH at day 11 and I just had my blood test a couple days ago. I should have results Mon or Tues. Ovulation predictors don't really tell you if you are ovulating, they just tell you if your brain produces the hormone (LH) that SHOULD signal your body to release and egg, but that's no guarantee the egg is being released. If it shows that you are NOT ovulating, they will put you on Clomid. Good luck!

Yes it is possible, but it's very rare, Chances are, if you are having a regular peiod, then you are ovulating, since a period is the disposal on the unused egg and uterus lining.
