Getting pregnant won't be a problem, but having a vaginal birth might possibly be.

You've already had a baby by Caesarean section, commonly called a C-section. Your doctor says you have a choice with your next baby. You can try a vaginal delivery or schedule a repeat C-section.

Years ago, a C-section ended any hope of future vaginal deliveries. Now, however, most C-sections involve an incision that is unlikely to tear during a subsequent labor, so vaginal birth after Caesarean section (VBAC) is a safe option for many women.

VBAC's popularity in the United States peaked in 1996, when nearly three in 10 women with a prior C-section tried VBAC. Today only about one in 10 eligible women in the United States try VBAC — even though 60 percent to 80 percent of women who attempt VBAC have a successful vaginal delivery.

You shouldn't have any problem because of your C-section. How is it bugging you. The area around mine is still numb and it's been 6 years. I've heard other people talk of sensation loss as well.

You are still fertile so enjoy unless you tied your tubes during your c section. You can have another baby but you will probably have another c section delivery.
