I have three days to study on three chapters for anatomy and physiology. I am trying to study but in my head, I keep repeating "What if I fail"?

I failed the last exam but I want to do good on this exam. It's just my head, that is driving me crazy. Today, I kept thinking What if I fail and it made me sleepy and I didn't even study like I wanted to.

Okay....so what if you do fail....really....what if you do....what is the absolute worst thing that could possibly happen......see, it is okay to fail if you have tried....you can only do your best. maybe you just don't test well, I never did, I actually went to my guidance councilor about it and that is what he said to me....good luck...just relax...your parents won't love you any less, your brain won't explode and life will go on......try to relax....good luck.....breathe in....breath out....!!!!!

The best thing i think u should do is just relax for a second, then meditate or get ur own private moment. Most likely u will remember a lot of what u've learned.

Try viewing exams like this: Hey, professor, I've spent the semester listening to what YOU know. Not it's My turn to tell YOU what i know.

And, while I'm having a beer, you're the one that's stuck grading them.

Get a little arrogant, aggressive. get your self togeter and hit the books.

We're pulling for you!!

you need to break up studying into small parts! After a hour and a half take a fifteen minute break then study some more!

if you dont study you will fail. just relax and take a breather. youre just under stress. or maybe get a friend to help you study, it will relieve the stress.

You have no motivation, try to remember why you want to pass"not need to" and if theres not a good reason maybe look at picking a different major(or maybe school is just not for you).

whenever I'm nervous about a test, i do great, when i think i'll do good, i'll fail. just try to forget about it and take breaks from studying so you don't stress too much. ask yourself "what if i ace?"

You may have bipolar disorder. In a manic phase, you can't keep thoughts from streaming through your head. This disorder also causes you to worry about everything. You never think you are good enough. Or, you may just hate school.
