That is so true! I think it's because they want so much for people to think that they know everything, that they think yelling will emphasize that, when in reality all it does is emphasize the fact that they really don't know anything at all.

Usually because they're from a minority.Negro. who has been brought up in a large family and who ever is loudest gets attention.and they haven't grown up. many people never grow up.they rely on basic instinct to survive.
