I like Cam Cameron the best. He has clearly shown that he can do no more at the coordinator position. He maxed SD's talent last year. The fact they didn't make it to the Super Bowl is more Marty's fault than his. He has Ronnie Brown and maybe Ricky Williams to use in his run based offense. If he can get a healthy QB that knows how to play football, then he has a good shot at getting close to .500.
The biggest bonehead move I think is the debacle in Pittsburgh. Mike Tomlin might talk a good game, but let's not forget, so could Rich Kotite, twice. He has mostly been an obscure assistant for his career. The only time he was defensive coordinator was last year for a Vikings team that wasn't setting a defensive records. I believe that he has the talent on that team to at least make it to the playoffs, but due to his inexperience, he will probably just squeak pat .500 at 9-7.

I personally think that Cameron will be successful in Miami. He has the foundation, something that a lot of coaches don't have when they join a team.
The Dolphins have a better than average offense but a very good defense.
The Dolphins would have eventually won under Saban, and I think they will be competative with Cameron as well, but the QB situation has to be resolved- especially after letting Harringtom walk (which was IMHO very dumb).
Culpepper has to justify the price that Miami paid to get him from Minnesota and step up to the plate or all bets are off (so to speak).

Norv Turner. i know u think im crazy for saying that but look. Norv has never coached a team with this much talent. the days with the Redskins were horrible but they still had a nice offense. The Redskins, Raiders or who ever he coached never ever had the talent the Chargers have now. Norv was the offensive mind behind all the Cowboys championship teams in the 90's with Aikman , smith and Irvin. Norv had had much experince since. So that is why i think Turner will be the biggest coaching change.

If we're still living on Rooney family genius, the choice of Mike Tomlin was a good one. The Rooney family has chosen two really good, young coaches out of nowhere that paid off before. Here's hoping it happens again. The only forseeable problem would be players dissatisfied with the hire of Tomlin over Ken Whisenhunt and Russ Grimm (and I wish them the best of luck over at Arizona, minus if they play us).
Now, Bob Petrino at Atlanta isn't too bad a choice, considering his work at Louisville. Now if they could get Michael Vick to stop being such a basket case at quarterback, then they might be in better shape.

I say Cam Cameron. He's an offensive guy who has a lot of talent on that side of the ball. The defense is getting old, so he should address that in next month's draft, but he could be a SERIOUS contender in 2 seasons. A very close second is Mike Tomlin. He fits the mold of a Steelers coach and they are pretty staced on defense even with out the overrated Joey Porter.

Wade Phillips and the Dallas Cowboys. The nucleaus for a championship team is there plus the Cowboys are in a weak division. Bill Parcells was a bad fit for the Cowboys. The only reason why Jerry Jones hired Parcells was because Parcells won 2 Super Bowls.

If there is any hope for the Dolphins offense, Cam Cameron is going to find it...I think he will drastically improve them...I'm not saying -Hey, Dolphins...It's Super Bowl time...-(I'm a Pats fan, anyway...)...but as an outside observer, I think Nick Saban was highly overrated coming out of one great season at LSU...Steve Spurrier proved that college coaching genius does not automatically mean the same will happen in the NFL...

Bobby Petrino with the Falcons. If for no other reason then he'll probably end up running off Michael Vick with his high powered/throwing offense. He'll make it a situation where Vick either succeeds or sits.....and with him sitting the Falcons are better off.

Bobby Petinop and the falcons. They did not have the tteam that they had. If they were goimg for it on 4 down they would pass it. Why not line up in shotgun and have vick run outside. You will get it every time.
