Your phone rings and you pick it up and there is no one there???

Yeah it is, but what I hate even more is...........
When you pick it up you hear Heavy breathing
And all of a sudden their like "I can see you"
And then open the door and it is a Clown with a plastic knife
And then you just kick him/her, it? in the balls and close the door

No, I hate it when I pick up the phone and its someone looking for "Tina" or "Sally" or some other person who doesn't live here and then they insist that they have the right number. Then they call back like 2 or 3 times.

We have caller id and don't answer the phone unless caller id shows us who it is. I read a report that telemarket companies will program the computer to call people several times to figure out when the best time to catch them at home would be, then they send the info to the company and the company has a telemarketer call them in person. I believe it b/c I used to have to do telemarketing and I wouldn't put anything past those people.

yes I wish the phone would just ring for a few more seconds cause then you have to call the person back and they don't answer and by the time you get them they forgot what they wanted to tell you! lol!

Yea some times I pick it up and say nothing and wait until someone talks you can hear them breathing sometimes listen to the background

It's annoying and yes I do. Sometimes it's actually a telemarketing computer calling to see if anyone is there.
