Most sharks have no eyelids, and they do not blink because the surrounding water cleans their eyes. To protect their eyes some have nictitating membranes like the great white. This protects the eyes from sharp objects such as fins and bones from harming their eyes. Like Most fish most sharks have no eyelids at all.

Yes, they sort of do. They have a nictating membrane, which is like an eyelid sort of, which closes over the eye while they are eating. It protects the eye from food debri.

So, sort of.

Edit: Sharks have three eyelids. The top and bottom lids don't move. The third Eyelid is the nictating membrane, and it opens and closes, which is like blinking. They don't Actually blink, but they can open and close the third eyelid.
