If you have tried the other suggestoins and it still does not drain, the problem is further down the line. Your best bet is to take the pipe going into the wall and run a "snake" through it. It is a wire cable anywhere from 1/4 in. to 3/8 in. I would not use one any larger than that. Some are hand cranked ( the smaller ones) some ar on a drill type aperatous. Depending how far down the clog is, this "snake" is your best bet.

Use a plunger on the clogged side while holding a drain stopper on the other. Fill both sides up with water about 3/4 full to add gravity weight. Run the disposal while you plunge and hold the stopper. Do this for at least 10 minutes or untill it uncloggs

Most of the time the clog is in the U shaped water trap. Go to local hardware store and get a plumbers snake, it's is a narrow flat coil of steel on a reel that you fish down through the drain. Once you unplug the trap run hot water through it for a few mins. Good luck.

Plug drains with stoppers. Turn on disposal. Make sure to hold stoppers down. Make sure disposal is full of water.
