Metoclopramide (which is the ingredient in Reglan) will help. Reglan is an anti-nausea medicine. I used to have the same problem. Just try to keep yourself busy doing lots of stuff up until your performance. As someone who's performed in all types of situations, that really seems to work for me. Try to keep a smile on your face, it'll actually help you feel better.
Try breathing in slowly through our nose and exhale through your mouth. You'll be fine.
Peppermint, chamomile, and ginger all make my stomach calmer.

Good luck!

Most musicians with nerves like that before a show say the best cure is 'just getting out there and playing'. Once you start playing you will be in your own little world and your nervousness will pass. Good Luck and Don't Worry About It, It's All Normal! :-)

mild stage fright is fairly normal... just watch that the anxiety doesn't begin to creep into your normal everyday activities. i've noticed that i get way more nervous playing my own songs than playing covers, maybe that is happening with you also. just getting up there is over half the battle, as most people can't even get that far... so good luck tonite, and as far as the crack goes, dennis leary once asked " why would anyone do a drug that is named after a part of your own ***?)
