I have about 4 years experience in Payroll, one and a half years as an analyst. I have a BA. I am going to get FPC Certified and my boss might let me get Six Sigma Green Belt Certified on company time.
My question is, if I get those Certifications, FPC and Six Sigma Green Belt, how much salary should I be worth?

When I worked at the VA that would get you a GS 7 or GS 8 salary, around 38 to 40,000.00 a year. The VA is notorious for low wages however.
