Basically they are believed to exist at the centers of all galaxies so there would be as many as there are galaxies.
That is a rather high number, probably in the billions.

There is one in the head of each policeman.
I swere I have not invented this, I read it in a science-fiction short story.
At an invention exibition There was a device someone invented, that displayed the thoughts inside each person's brain, and many have tried it on, and when it came the turn of a policeman it showed a blackhole. That grew and swallowed the earth.
The story was funny but it was written by a very well known sci-fi writer I don't remember the name now.
Though I could swere there is one in my father's head as well.I always suspected this, you know, cause he travelled in the Bermuda Triangle. This might explain some of his behaviour.

do your own homework. 3293 according to the FAASA, or you can count them in the sky when it's a very bright day, you should see small dots in the sky if you look into the sun long enough like say... 50 minutes. Scientists have been doing this for years with sunglasses. good luck kid. haha.
