what i meant if you can give money to person on exam(theory) and practical.So like this you know you will pass

illegal-what would be the point? the officer pulls up and you are now a felon instead of just an unlicensed driver.

OK you cant buy a licence but you can change your licence over from an English to a N Ireland licence providing you have a licence in the first place if you want to know how you can buy a licence you cant but in the south you can do a 5 day crash course but it is expensive and you can gain your Eire licence buy the way England is not northern Ireland for the person who said that and Eire is defiantly not England differ ant laws and if you have a northern ireland lisence you can not get points in england i know my friend has a northern ireland lisence and he had trouble in england and colraine said they do not endorse if the offence is commited in england its the same in eire swansea cant even contact ireland.

do u realise that people without a fully awarded driving licence r potentially dangerous?
& heaven forbid,
they could go on 2 kill with their lack of understanding of the Highway Code!
b sensible & do a test like every1 else has 2
& wants 2 ensuring only qualified legal drivers r on the roads.

no, you can't buy a legal driving licence anywhere in the world. but illegal ones do exist in black market. you would be locked up in jail if caught with one.

Just claim political asylum and you don't need one or Tax, insurance, M.O.T. With political asylum even if you run someone over you get next to no time in Jail, with three meals a day and satellite T.V. That's why criminals vote Labour. :)

You can buy a licience off some one but it wouldn't be yours. If you're not entitled to drive - STAY OFF THE ROADS!
