I need this to convert my blood test results.

Thanks!

1. Divide by the molecular weight of the substance to convert pg to pmol.

2. Multiply by 1000 to convert mL to L.

You can't do it with the information provided. To convert a substance from grams to moles, you have to know what it is and how many grams per mole.

The rest of your conversion is simply changing ml to L. This is done by multiplying by 1,000

it looks like you multiply pg/mL by 1000 to get pg/L then divide that by 21 to get pmol/L
