Size 10 in women's. Men's sizes are two numbers smaller than the corresponding women's size.

You add 2 sizes to the mens size and thats how you get the womens size. You would wear a size 10 in womens.

I don"t know what you'll be.. you'll have to decide that on your own .but as far as converting from mens shoes to women's..just get some scissors. and take off 2 inches.
