LOL your not going to find those words Eany beany chili wienie and are the spirits are about to speak ... Each hypnotist works their own magic and perhaps more specific to mind set mental visualization exercises that relax and make a person more suggestible. But with all the research I've done with mind control its all about the weakness of ones mind to being suggestible in the first place and finding their suggestible threshold.
