Anyone know what series of the avengers diana rigg was in...? And which of the series were in black and white? Thanks

That was one of my favorite shows growing up and I liked Emma Peel's character over the woman that followered her. They filmed 161 episodes with only 25 in color making it 136 in black and white. Diana was only apart of the show from 1965-1968.

She took over from sexy voiced kinky-booted Honor Blackman (Cathy Gale) and some of her episodes were black & white.It`s a shame you didn`t like Linda Thorson as Tara King (interesting link since she`s in Emmerdale playing another King LOL)

her first b/w story was town of no return in 1965
last story was forget me knot in 1967
check the avengers web page,it has all the details.the colour series is rerun on bbc4 at the moment,
