I was too busy lately and my computer got occupied with viruses. They do not let me to install anything, so I can not get rid of them.
They damaged my Java folder, so I can not run scripts sometimes. What is the solution, other than format my drives?
I tried to reinstall operationg system, does not help.
Is there an antivirus online, without installation?

I'm not sure what "I tried to reinstall operating system, does not help." means.

You must choose to do a clean install of Windows (XP?) from CD after inserting the XP CD in the drive and then turn on your PC.

XP should see that it is already installed and give you the option of deleting the C: partition, then, create Drive C: again and format the partition. Then install XP.

If you aren't comfortable doing this yourself, take your PC to a repair shop.

NOTE: Back up all your personal files first!!!

You can do what the first two said or click the link below & use bitdefender free online scan.

I agree with Anirban G.
