i just put my sim card in but i can still see the previous owner's info.. like downloads, and some pix.. AND YEAH.. I WILL KEEP IT!

as long as you have t-mobile. . .yes . . but i dont know if its right that you keep it. what if you lost your phone and you had alot of $$ invested in it and pictures of important stuff or #s that you cannot retreive. you would want your phone to be returned
