(really cheesy). pablum for the masses. pre-digested information for the uninformed. their target audience, like newspapers in general, have a sixth grade education. i know, i know, mandatory schooling til eighth grade, but a great number of people just shut down after grammar school. and these are the folks that watch faux news. and they read USA Today. go figure.

FOX News has always been basted as a propaganda front for the conservative right, because its owner Rupert Murdoch is a faithful donor to the Republican party and this partly represents his slant.
This is to some degree true. FOX news style is much more opinionated in format, usually leaning toward the right.
