Why does my computer get stuck when I get to the character creation screen of KAL Online?

I have a Windows XP with Pentium 4 2.43 GHz and 448 MB of Ram. (or 2.8 GHz and 512 Ram according to the computer label.)

Try deleting some file thats you have, or deleting KAL online and redownloading it.

i agree with mike try reloading the program sometimes it gets messed up installing when you have many things loading in the background.
