The mensa website (mensa.us.org) ducks the question saying there are too many different tests. They invite you to take their test ($18.00!!!) to find out. The website looks very commercial - they just want to sell you stuff. What a shame; it used to be such a respected organization.

I think it's about 140, so the answer's no. Sorry. Then again, internet IQ tests are not very reliable. If you really wanted to know, you should get a professional test done.

You didn't capitalize IQ, you misspelled "enough" in your Question, you didn't spell out "you", you didn't capitalize pronoun "I", "Mensa" should be capitalized, you didn't write "I'm" correctly, you misspelled "always", and you forgot to capitalize the beginnings of your sentences.
Ooh, methinks that attaining a mark of sixscore may not be sufficient for membership.

I think your mom is sadly mistaken. You can't spell. Your sentences are not punctuated. You are definitely not smart enough for mensa!
