How do I get Latias in the wild because I found it in the wild and I constantly check it's area What do I do?

Latias moves every time you go to an other area (like littleroot town to route 101). Try to go to mauville and go from mauville to one of its routes. Every time you step foot into the route, check your pokedex. If she is not there try again, its very hard and its guess and check. Have a fast pokemon with a trapping move( i have emerald, so i used a crobat {its fast and it learns mean look on its own}) The first move you use is the trapping move(like mean look or block). Have a lot of pokeballs. Now she is the only one, so if you damage he and she runs, she'll still be damaged when you see her again(also, if she faints, that's it). Her moves are refresh, psychic, mist ball, and water sport.
If your want the other lati, you need a special ticket from a nintendo event, an out of game event.

Latias can be used in the battle frontier. She is dragon/psychic.

If you catch her you are very skilled, lucky, or both.

To get a crobat, make a golbat like you.

latias moves to different loctions.check the pokedex and see its location.go to its area,but once u get there,he will be somewhere else.look for a pattern to where he is,so if hes in littleroot town ,and u see he goes to a route,according to ur data,go to the route,and he might be there.then,try to train a pokemon in speed,and teach it something like mean look,or hypnosis,then weaken it.try using great balls,when i used them,they worked better than ultra balls.but still take a lot of both,like 15 great,and 10 ultra.
