it's 2.2gHZ, is it one that's 1.1 inside of a 1.1 giving me 2.2?

or is it 2, 2.2ghz giving me a theoretical 4.4ghz between two programs or am I just flat out wrong about a lot of things.

correct answer is really not much difference in speed vs a single core. You need a program/game that is designed to use dual cpus, an even then, it's NOT double the speed, more like 20%-30%.

Answer C is correct :)
It is actually two 2.2 processors on one chip. They allow your computer to do multiple processor intensive tasks without slowing down.
