Are you seriously expecting me to believe that you will be accepting advice on whether or not you should die (and by what means), from the bunch on Y/A?
Harshly: if you are incapable of learning from life then maybe you can't be a productive member of any society and your absence will be no loss. Sit down in the sun and just die.
If you are asking for help, start by being accountable for your life to date and ask for help, don't play the pity me victim and expect sympathy.
As for "should i die?"...do you think the world will be a better place if you suicide? If you don't think anyone will notice, then why bother (yourself and the rest of us).

You can find affordable rooms for rent in most cities. I used to live in those in Indianapolis at about $65/week. You are down and out. If you can't stand turning to your own family and friends for help, find a way to make enough to sleep in a bed and have warm showers. Rental rooms come with their own beds. You have to share the kitchen and bathroom with the other tenants, but it's not that bad. Once you have an address, you might be able to qualify for social assistance like welfare, foodstamps, and stuff. Find a free mental health couceling. Those therapists can be very helpful in finding part time work, programs you qualify for, and other types of assistance you never even knew existed. Once you can afford rent and have your medical needs taken care of, you can start putting your life back together. It takes an address and a place of semi-stability for someone to build their lives back up. Pride or not, you need a foundation. Look in the newspaper classifieds under 'rooms for rent' and see what you can find.

Bless your heart. Thats what family or friends are for, to pick you up when you are down. They are friends if they respond to your needs. You will never know their reaction if you never ask them. Nothing bad can happen by just asking. Just like standing there and not asking.....nothing will happen...nothing. So what do you have to do? TAKE ACTION. Don't use the word try, I try to work because saying try is like failing. Say I will get a job, I will be stable. Its all about how you think of things. Good Luck.

Where you are in the country depends on what help is out there for you, I guess you must know that there are lots of agencies out there, I know it can be more difficult for older people to find accomodation. call the local samaratains they will have contact numbers and should offer advice. Your life is valued you mention friends and family tell them how low you are, they may offer help, but its down to you really to take the first steps to changing your life, you can turn things around, be safe .
