A teacher who understands a lot of psychology materials, but he is really fat with a huge stomach. My question is that if he is so good in psychology then he should have a really good ability to solve problems and he should know how to overcome his Ego, then why is he still so fast for many years already? He should has understand that his huge stomach is bad for his health and inconvenience because a pregnant woman only has to carry that big stomach for 10 months but he has to carry it for the rest of his life. In addition, this may affect his self esteem too. Isn’t that the purpose of psychology is to understand oneself and others and to improve one ability to survive in this imperfect society or world? Unless he has some kind of illness, otherwise he should know how to value his health. What is your opinion on this topic? ^_^

It's similiar to having a wayward priest or pastor, huh? Practice what you preach, or you'll have little credibility. If he is truly intelligent, he would have the self-awareness to improve his entire being. It just goes to show that principles have to go beyond head knowledge and must translate into practice. If he's a teacher, this thing might be somewhat understandable, given that he focuses on the academic dimension of psychology, but imagine if he were a therapist in an obesity clinic... :)

i might say its slightly great, because of fact there are a number of subjects below forensic psychology. How approximately jury determination as a topic rely below forensic psychology? It narrows issues down slightly, and additionally you will communicate approximately widespread complaints, like how they in all probability chosen jurors for the OJ Simpson, Robert Blake, and Phil Spector trials. playstation - do not form your paper in all caps like your question lol

Psychology is the study of mind and behavior. Nothing at all to do with improvement. Why do you assume his weight is a "problem" that he needs to solve and what does his ego have to do with it? How does one "value" their health? The obese, lazy, smoking, couch potato, and the "health maniac" have one thing in common.....death...that's the only part of life that is guaranteed.

It sounds like he has lots of intellectual knowledge and book smarts but may be out of touch with his emotions and body and therefore is still perpetuating unconscious patterns of behavior that lead him to overeat. Either that, or he is entirely comfortable with himself and just values his health and appearance differently than is the societal norm.

His job has nothing to do with his weight. If he is good at what he does, he shouldn't be judged. His self-esteem may not be bad just because of his weight. If he is intelligent, I give him credit. He may have a medical problem that has to do with his weight, you don't know.
