MJ's version kicks! The originals are always better and although Michael is a little weird he is undeniably talented. Plus MJ's version is smooth at the song works that way. It was a good attempt by AAF but they tried to copy a legend.

I actually like Alien Ant Farm's better, though in Michael Jackson's defense that is the ONLY respectable Alien Ant Farn song compared to like half of Jackson's catalogue. I just like the rock-out style they gave it.

Well, it just depends on what kind of music you like. They're the same song, just different versions by different artists with different tastes in music. If you like techno-y funk, Smooth Criminal by Alien Ant Farm is appropriate for you. If you like old rock, MJ is sure to be in your iPod.
