Nobody wants to be a band anymore. Everybody has to be a solo artist and get egoed up.
BTW, I like rock and think hip-hop is overrated, but I did answer your question.

I met Michael Bivins (Biv) at a lunch sponsored by the crippled break dancers guild, where he said to me, "Never, ever trust a big butt and a smile." He said it from the heart, not just lyrics to him, but life lessons.
