i live in mexico and i havent heard that name.
the top are:
nextel
telcel
movistar

depending on you service provider company :
but
in Mexico there are 2 main companies :
telcel and USAcell, both will charge you 1 dollar per minute since your are on roaming..
i got Verizon ,, they charge me 50 cent for international calls while im on roaming) + the 1 dollar charge from usacell while Im on mexico.
(note for the guy below: im from MX too, and those companies ae the big ones in mx. with national coverage)
