Don't know about the games. I do know several survey sites which let you earn points to redeem for rewards (don't know of any laptops--and it would take a gazillion years to earn that many points IMHO anyways--but you can earn CDs or downloads, cash, gift cards, and other cool stuff).
The points for rewards programs I know of are Oppinion Outpost (just gives cash), Harris, Lightspeed, Zoom Panel, and Global Test Market. All of those but Zoom Panel and Global Test Market I review on my website ( http://www.windhavenweb.com/surveys ). I haven't added Zoom and Global Test Market because I just joined them a few months ago and haven't earned enough points to cash out yet (which is normal for points programs).
