Work your glutes (butt muscles) The glutes are muscles and, just like any other muscle in your body, they react to proper training and nutrition by getting larger....just as anyone wishing to have bigger biceps, etc. ~ you will have to work your butt muscles

You should do leg lefts every day... I do a set of 20 everyday... If you are consistent you will see results within a month.. Good Luck!!!

Squats and squat thrust. Also deep knee bends.
