I have a 2002 Dodge Caravan. I have had the resistors for the low and intermediate blower motor changed 3 times. They keep burning out in a couple of weeks. My mechanic has checked the current draw from the blower fan, and says it is not drawing too much? It works fine on high.

If the mechanic is telling the truth the only other things that could blow the resistors would be the motor stalling out, lousy connections to the resistors which would cause them to overheat or the wire between the resistors and the motor shorting to ground.
