is this normal? okay my bra size is c but going into d is it normal for me to be in almost d cup when im only 14?

Everyone is different so it is hard to judge "normal" . When I was your age I developed quickly (and earlier than some of my friends) I was a C by the time I was 13 and I ended up being a DD by the time I left high school.
