worst thing..........being shot down in Iraq while on a mission in a helicopter.............best thing......waking up in Germany to see my wife and hearing the doctor say i think he will pull thur Mrs johns....

Best thing I would say is the birth of my Daughter. I was present at birth and got to cut her umbilical cord. I was the fist human she made eye contact with. I can only describe this experience as 'awesom' I was mesmerized
Worst thing in my life is the kind of repressive domination I had to endure as a child by my father until I left home at 15 1/2 to take my chances. It really was that unbearable. I am 36 now and all is well. I am ok and living a normal life, have achieved a comfortable level of success on my own. Death is not something I have had to deal with as I am fortunate to have longevity in my family on both sides so I have yet to fall into that abyss.

Worst thing, being hit by a car when crossing the intersection with the light in my favor, and having two broken bones, and a concussion. Best thing, after having heavy-duty colon cancer surgery and being told that I almost didn't make it....being sent home two days earlier than expected, because I made an unusually fast recovery. I am a senior lady of advanced years. Best wishes

The best thing was meeting my wonderful boyfriend 8 years ago. The worst thing was watching him fight to live in intensive care after some idiot knocked him off of his motorbike.

I rescued a baby rabbit when I was 4, paid all my pocket-money for it NOT to be drowned by the farmer, as they had too many, then sadly suffocated it at its first feed !!!!!! I was/am heart broken.
Moving away from my Mother at the age of 20.
