heterosexual males are attracted to the very features in females that make them different than themselves: narrow jaw, larger eyes, flatter brow, rounder hips, smaller hands and feet, and, yes, larger hairless breasts. As socially advanced as we like to view ourselves as a species, the features that attract mates are the features that appear in future generations. Years of selective breeding have resulted in human women with larger and more hairless breasts than other primates. Walking upright shows off this feature!

Probably evolution.
Mind you human evolution has become not one of survival but one of cultural popularity. So you see that people originating from a certain area of the world look a certain way, this is a localized evolution phenomenon based on media preferences.
Mind you not all women have big breasts.
Other reasons, humans have less hair because we wear clothing for warmth, thus the hairlessness. Another reason is we walk on the ground I think, which means less bouncing compared to having to run through forests or trees.
But I prefer the local attraction media based evolution idea.

We are more delicate ....We have down quilts at night and have woolen sweaters to go from the living room to the car. which in 10 min... will be 72.
The temp year around in our homes is 72 .Butt -naked we are surrounded by ....72 and it has been this way ...( without getting overly technical) for hundreds years.
we are a complete different species than an ape or a frog
we are just built the way God intended.... Us girls attract a man ...not a frog or an ape.... and men like breasts. period.
and my husband tell me he would prefer that I not have hairy breasts but loves me just the way I am. However... if I did suddenly develop hairy breasts it would be interesting and would not throw -up. lol
I can only hope to ground people a little bit lol
the fact is we are
human beings,

with mothers and dads,
that wrap us up in blankets...
